1. General Terms
By accessing and using Lebas (lebas.qa), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Lebas is a Qatar-based luxury fashion retailer specializing in premium cashmere and outerwear.
2. Products & Pricing
- • All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable taxes
- • Product images are representative; slight color variations may occur
- • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
- • Products are subject to availability
3. Orders & Payment
- • Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp after placement
- • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Card on Delivery
- • Payment is collected at the time of delivery
- • We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion
4. Delivery
- • We deliver across Qatar
- • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2pm
- • Free delivery on orders over QAR 750
- • Delivery fee of QAR 35 applies to orders under QAR 750
- • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
5. Returns & Exchanges
- • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- • Intimate items and customized products cannot be returned
- • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
- • Exchange for different size is free of charge
6. Product Care
Our cashmere and fine knitwear require special care. Please follow the care instructions provided with each garment. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Lebas and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lebas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Doha, Qatar.
